Hello, Been living here since 2012. The median home value here is around $322,000, which seems about average. With a population of 36,254, Farmers Branch is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Farmers Branch sits at 150.2 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
