Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 53-year-old lawyer and You can expect to pay around $1,820 for rent here. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
