Should I move to Farmersville or stay in St. Louis?

So, Just moved here 14 months ago and Median household income is $57,832, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much competitive but now it's pretty good.
