Worst things about Farmersville nobody talks about

I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Farmersville sits at 324.7 per 100K. With a population of 10,336, Farmersville is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Thanks!

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much developing but now it's challenging.
