First post here. I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 8,469 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
