Planning a move to Farmington Hills -neighborhoods?
Random thought, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Farmington Hills sits at 107.1 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
