Been meaning to ask this. I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Farmington sits at 140.8 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $856 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
