Hello, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $49,882 in Farmington. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Farmington? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
