So, Been living here since 2007. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 46,339 people. The median home value here is around $225,400, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $225,400 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.
