Alright, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $225,400 on average. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. Median household income is $63,745, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
