Curious what people think. Crime rate is something to consider -Farmington sits at 664.6 per 100K. Homes are going for about $225,400 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
