Cheapest neighborhoods in Farmington?

Rent is about $1,644/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. With a population of 24,934, Farmington is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good schools
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Rising rent prices
- Poor road conditions
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Not enough green space
Am I overthinking this? Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
