Just moved to Farmington, any tips?

My partner and I are Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $120,432 in Farmington. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Lakewood. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in tech. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Korean.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
