Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in real estate and Rent is about $2,475/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
