What surprised you most about Farmingville?

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 16,605 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Used to live on the Pine Hills side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is improving in most areas.
