Fayetteville is underrated, change my mind

Random thought, You can expect to pay around $1,003 for rent here. Homes are going for about $322,500 on average. Median household income is $59,074, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- Far from major airports
- Limited cultural events
- Not enough green space
Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Happy to answer more specific questions..
