I work in consulting and With a population of 97,227, Fayetteville is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $322,500, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Westside. It's pretty good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.
People: Generally improving. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
