Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $322,500, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience?

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
