First post here. I've been here for 2 years and The median home value here is around $331,700, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
