Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $331,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $82,144 in Fayetteville. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
