Fayetteville job market vs Las Vegas

Hey everyone, Just moved here 18 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,179 for rent here. Homes are going for about $171,900 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
