Hey everyone, Been living here since 2019. Median household income is $57,957, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Federal Heights? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
