Couple moving to Federal Way from out of state

Hey folks, I've been here for 17 years and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 99,232 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do?

Bought a house here in 2019 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone about the same since then.
