Housing in Federal Way compared to Tucson

OK so Homes are going for about $499,600 on average. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Indian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in North area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
