Rent in Federal Way getting crazy

I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Federal Way sits at 336.7 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Came here for work and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The walkability is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
