Hello, Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Federal Way sits at 336.7 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.
