Is Fenton still affordable?

I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $97,991, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Fenton sits at 93.8 per 100K. Poverty rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
