Hey, Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in East. It's underrated for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in government you might struggle.
People: Generally underrated. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: average. Tons of options if you like Indian.
