So, Been living here since 2019. Household incomes average around $60,828 in Fern Park. It's a a small town city with about 8,593 people. Rent is about $1,440/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great.
