Co-working spaces in Fernandina Beach?

Hey, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,581 for rent here. With a population of 13,239, Fernandina Beach is a small town. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Highland area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value outdoor recreation, you'll love it. The safety is genuinely tough and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (West) is developing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. nightlife is completely different here. And Summers can be brutally hot.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
