Alright, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 23,631 people. Homes are going for about $352,600 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
