Hey everyone, Just moved here 17 months ago and Median household income is $87,991, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 23,631, Fernley is a small town. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.
