First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Ferry Pass sits at 705.5 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Ferry Pass? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
