Things Ferry Pass needs to improve

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Ferry Pass sits at 705.5 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
