Alright, Just moved here 6 months ago and Homes are going for about $243,600 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks in advance!

Moved here from Raleigh about 11 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to healthcare but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
