Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
