Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $90,343, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $567,500, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $1,799 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.
