Just moved here 12 months ago and Rent is about $1,129/month for a decent place. Median household income is $87,824, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
