Not sure if this has been asked before, but Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 8.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $78,494 in Finneytown. Median household income is $78,494, which feels about average for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The food scene is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Lakewood. It's excellent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in retail you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Italian.
