Quick question about Fish Hawk

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $133,142 in Fish Hawk. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,945 people. The median home value here is around $509,800, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $133,142, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

I've lived in North for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The cost of living scene is average

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 13 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into running, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
