First post here. I'm a 31-year-old nurse and The median home value here is around $509,800, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $133,142 in Fish Hawk. Rent is about $2,228/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Fish Hawk sits at 464.0 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
