Crime rate is something to consider -Fishers sits at 53.4 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
