Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $370,200 on average. Rent is about $1,491/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
