Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $128,141 in Fishers. The weather takes some getting used to. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.
I've been here 5 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is better than expected.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
