Rent prices in Fishers getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Fishers? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1491 for a studio which feels okay for the area.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Respectfully disagree about the cost of living assessment. In my experience, it's been pretty safe in my area.

I work in retail and finding a job wasn't hard. Took about 6 months.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Downtown and Southside are perfectly safe.

My kids love it here. So many parks and activities. Great value for the money.
