Hey folks, I've been here for 3 years and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 9,546 people. Median household income is $81,190, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 9.5%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
