Planning a move to Fitchburg -neighborhoods?

So, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,302/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation?

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
