Fitzgerald in the winter -how bad?

So, Homes are going for about $99,900 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in Riverside for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The food scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.
