Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2005. It's a a small town city with about 21,444 people. Median household income is $102,423, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Cheers.
