Hi all, Been living here since 2018. Median household income is $102,423, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $432,800 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
